Rita advises the CEOs and boards of organisations in the UK and across the world, on a range of business issues from brand strategy, culture change, leadership, and diversity.
She feels particularly strongly that, in the digital age, there is no substitute for any organisation delivering on its promises and being consistent in what they are saying and doing – inside and outside. Rita is also adamant that the leadership of any organisation needs to epitomise the values of the brand if they’re to generate real, sustainable value, and she advises individual Chairmen and CEOs on how best to do this.
